Great location close to public transport and within walking distance of popular tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of quality food to choose from. The free mini bar and coffee machine in the room was a nice touch.

The apartment we stayed in was outdated and dull, with poor decor and unmade beds. Despite multiple requests, the staff were slow to respond and some were unhelpful. Private parking garage was difficult to access and had limited spaces available.

The breakfast was nice with plenty of variety to choose from, including fresh orange juice. In addition, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great and within walking distance to many popular attractions.

Our room was very small and not as advertised in the photos. The furniture was old and worn down, which detracted from our overall experience. Additionally, the room was not cleaned daily as expected, even after we brought it to the attention of the receptionist. We were disappointed with our stay and would not consider returning.

This hotel is located close to a shopping street, making it easy to grab any forgotten items or pick up souvenirs. The room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. Thanksgiving stay was great thanks to the complementary breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions, and near public transportation. An added advantage was the nearby restaurants open till late night which suited our schedule.

Some of the rooms were a bit noisy, and the lack of some basic amenities like large enough beds or openable windows was a letdown. For those who prefer a cozy room, the occasional street noises might be a discomfort.

Spacious bed, attentive staff and perfect location. It had a good choice of meals for breakfast, including eggs, breads and bacon.

Hardly a 10-minute walk from new town hall, which was suitable for us. If you walk 10 minutes, you'll find sendlinger tor metro station. Ludwigsvorstadt neighbourhood is worth looking into.

I liked absolutely everything!!!! Location is excellent, breakfasts are excellent, clean, staff was friendly!!! I recommend it to everyone! Next time we'll stay in this hotel!!!

Good location near a subway stop. Very good included breakfast.

Room located by a very noisy kitchen after we asked for a more quiet room not located on the bustling street side. Needed to keep the window open because there was no air conditioning, as is the standard in Germany. Kitchen noise was our alarm clock at 7:00 each morning.

The Breakfast and Location were very good. The rooms were ok, cheap mattreses and customer service was inconsistent and most of the time lacking. Some staff was very friendly others seemed annoyed and bothered to help with directions, extra linens, etc. The hotel was in general inflexible. Gentleman in the resturaunt was very nice, the other staff should follow his lead.

The best thing was the location of the hotel........its very near to the sedlinger tor......one of the major stop of local transportation system i.e Bus, U Bahn and Tram. The hotel was very clean and the staff really was very helpful

i think the Room was too small.........also the elevator was too small.........onle one person with his backpack can use that..........
